Particulars of Practice: Sole practice based on providing environmentally sensitive architectural services for residential and small commercial projects. Projects to this date include residences, one of which has been part of the D.C. area Solar Homes Tour for the past several years, a beach house, additions (two in historic districts), and many renovation projects. Most projects have involved some aspect of sustainable solutions to the design.

Prior Professional Experience: Before starting my own practice, I spent 2 years doing commercial architectural/ interiors and another 4 years doing construction documents and construction administration for large commercial projects with The Weihe Partnership in Washington, D.C., 6 months doing contract work with Thomas Manion Architects doing custom residential projects, 3 months doing a high school renovation project with J.C. Burrey Architects in Hagerstown, MD, 2 years doing light commercial and townhouse design for Horowitz- Seigal in Silver Spring, MD, and two years doing historic  renovation, light commercial and institutional projects with Colimore/Clarke Associates in Baltimore, MD.
